Had a great experience at the Cultivation Food Hall. We've tried several food halls throughout several states. Although this... one is on the small side, the layout is very open so that you can easily see all of the options, of which there are definitely afew top notch options. This place was kind of like a food court but an upscale version we had sushi even though the catfish and barbecue but were both... calling my name wound up eating sushi and loved it! it was fresh & well done( presentation) lots of young people runningaround. we had such a good time and we were surprised that this place even existed in Jackson! If I could leave no stars I would. I have never in my life been treated so poorly and I?ve been to cultivation MULTIPLE times... over the few years I?ve lived in Jackson. My family ordered from several different restaurants, however upon ordering from unclerays we noticed one of the plates seemed a bit small which was really no big deal! We asked about it and they gave us a kidsmeal to help right the wrong and appease us which is greatly appreciated. However- a few moment later someone walks out to tellus that the children can?t run and play inside (it?s literally a cafeteria style dining hall and we?ve been here several timesand never had an issue with the kids). However, we said okay and started to gather our things. We didn?t even have time to packour things and get to go boxes before now the manager, I assume, tells us we need to leave. I was completely taken back by beingtold we had to leave or security would be called. About this time the ?owner? (all from uncle rays) comes out to tell us we hadbeen cussing the staff and throwing things which was COMPLETELY untrue. I tried to calmly talk to them and understand what theywere talking about because I didn?t understand what was going on. Security comes and I?m talking to them OUTSIDE and the ownercomes out again while I?m talking to security and says ?I want them completely off my property and they need to leave? 1- hedoesn?t own this establishment alone and 2- the series of events he said took place, DID NOT. And we tried to explain that tohim (who was not present for anything) and security (which was very kind and wanted to help).
