The tray went up a dollar or two since I was last here. I get it, things are expensive now. However I got no napkins, the... patties on the big double are even smaller, so they shingled them on the burger to make it appear like there was more meat. My friend and I either walk or drive to this location all the time and they've always been on point with their service. The... closing shift team know what they be doing and I ain't mad at em. The fries be salted, everything's cooked right, and I've neverhad to worry about their sweet tea being unfresh or them giving me Fuze tea instead. Hamburger is raw and order was not taken correctly due to employee rudely interrupting me before I could finish my order!
Been in the lobby (which is open) at the counter for over 8 minutes and have yet to be helped. No one even acknowledged my... presence. One worker saw me, made eye contact, and proceeded to the cooking area. I?m still waiting. It?s been over 10 minutesnow. This is absolutely unprofessional ???? I am leaving after 14 minutes total here. Workers in the back eating food whilemaking orders in the cooking area? it?s disgusting! ???? ????
