Ate here today chicken was good ,but coleslaw was spoiled given to me ,definitely won't be coming back ..
This is by far the worst churches in the Jackson area hands down and it?s literally one minute from my house and I?d rather... drive miles out of the way to another location but I decided today I?ll give them a chance and what a mistake that was first offthe smokehouse signs are in the window but they were out ok cool can I get a 10pc the young lady replied yes then immediatelysays no we?re out of all chicken I?m like huh how is that I said can I get a 3pc she says it?s only one piece of chicken leftat a place that sells nothing but chicken smh at that point I just left I always have a bad experience at this location and thepeople who oversee it don?t care they do nothing to change the culture/environment of this place we as consumers have to stopspending our money at establishments that don?t appreciate our business if not this will continue to happen let?s band togetherand stop supporting these trash locations that take our hard earned money and don?t give us the proper service in return theydon?t even care enough to reply to all the negative reviews not even once from what I have seen this is ridiculous Read more
The chicken doesn't taste like it should not marinated at all its takes 22 hours too marinate the chicken
They are ALWAYS out of things and the customer service is horrible! I ordered $30 worth of food, only to find out that they... didn't have any fried or fried okra. I wad left to get jalapeño bombers, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese. The jalapeñobombers were hard and burnt! Bit into them and it was empty. The mac and cheese was underwhelming, and the mashed potatoes werecold. I saw fire the staff and start over. Read more
When you think all church's chicken, chicken taste like they empty it from container into the flour. Finally went to one today... had taste to it, but that cajun rice need to been put into the garbage. Cajun rice taste like it had some type of chemical mixedin it. Read more

GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Unfortunately this is not a place you would like to enjoy you local churches chicken any longer,... do not care how they speak to customers, do not care about servicing the public at all, act as if they do not want to be there,workers are speaking in the background loudly while customer is placing order so they can not hear you well enough while placingyour order unless the customer yells at them, takes long lengths of time for completing customer order.
