The burger and fries were cold and not sure if the intercom system needs an upgrade or staff needs training. I?m certain they... need training in customer service, staff acted as if I was inconveniencing them by patronizing the establishment. So I called tospeak with a manager and but nobody answered. This was the worst experience of my life. Seriously. I went there last night. They were playing on the intercom. I was... threatened by a drag queen that worked there asking me and saying "I must want to fight!?". The Night Management has noaccountability for workers professionalism. This is not speaking of all Burger King's , just this one specifically. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone! It... doesn't have any level of professionalism. You can hear their personal conversations over the intercom, while waiting forsomeone to take your order. They don't have any patience, they are always asking, will that be all before you can tell them whatelse you would like. I feel like they are rushing you to finish, so they can stand around and do nothing! This is a rather newplace, why are they this way? It's the one on Ellis Ave., next to Autozone. Read more

I requested the two Whopper deal and the employee had no clue about it and insisted on charging twice the amount. I requested... HEAVY onion and NO mayo on my burger. Despite numerous attempts to correct this order, as we could see it being displayed onthe screen, we ended up with two Whoppers lathered in mayo and no onion at all. I recommend avoiding this establishment but ifyou do order from here, I suggest you verify your order was correctly made before departing the BK. Read more
