Ordered a club sandwich that comes with turkey and ham. Asked for no ham double turkey extra mayo. I received a mayo, lettuce,... tomatoe ,bacon sandwich. Could not tell what the extremely thin meat was. I returned sandwich and was Not Offered to orderanything else. No manager approached, no one asked what was wrong or anything. Ice cream lovers dream! Come hungry! Staple of my childhood but haven't been back for 20 years. Happily brought my husband here... after the Hot Air Balloon Festival. Place was hopping. Took a little while to get our menus but we found seats quickly. The ladywho took our order and later the lady who was at the register were both very kind and friendly! I could tell they were workinghard and had been there all day (we arrived at 9:20PM and they shut off the neon open sign at 9:45PM). Kudos to them for theircheerfulness! Place is updated, fresh and welcoming. Menu has every flavor of ice cream and some vegan options. We ordered a BLTand fries, a pistachio almond scoop (huge for one scoop) and a strawberry parfait (massive). See photos. Flavors were reallygood! Not a spongy, weird taste. Such a neat, unique place. Favorite place to get ice cream in Jackson! Had a single scoop of chocolate ice cream the size of a softball, a... strawberry/banana milkshake, and some fries and tenders with the kids. Ice cream was fantastic. Felt like the milkshakedefinitely needed to be blended more as it tasted a little bland until I found all the large chunks of banana in the bottom.
