Asked what was fresh and got a smart reply ?everything is fresh? proceeded to order burger fries and nuggets. Nothing was fresh,... fries had no salt on them and burgers had hard buns. This place is also the only restaurant that has made me sick on my wholelife. That says a lot. Terrible even for fast food. Read more

Unfortunately for me Burger King especially on the east side of Jackson Michigan has always been hit or miss it might be hot and... good for the car in front of you and then yours isn't or yours is in the car behind you is it which I don't understand and Iknow that cuz there's been times where we've been in one or more cars going there. If there's a problem they act like you're aliar and they've done everything perfect instead of making it right they want to argue. But that was for an old manager that Ihopefully don't think is there anymore. But it's getting better in the last few times I've been there it's been hot except forthe fries. And don't ever say I want extra anything cuz they usually put nothing if you say that. Or I would go there more. Andthat's pretty much at all of them but especially the one in the east side. Way better quality then McDonald's burger king is definitely fresher than McDonald's.
