A restaurant is only ever as good as the staff that works there. BK in Vandy is a great place to eat or drive thru, but, depends... on who is working. I would recommend going for breakfast or lunch. Dinner and late night are usually the worst times forservice. Read more
Store #11028 Upsetting when the employees seem to worry more about speed of service rather then service of food. Lunch was not... edible due to the solid hardness of the onion rings that looked like they sat in grease for a long time and Chicken fries wereso crispy that the breading cracked off when picked up. No receipt was given (they never provide me with a reciept) Call tonotify the staff of the un edible food and they do not answer their phone. This happens any time we go to this Burger King forlunch. I will go out of my way to spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
