I guess don't go after a certain time because thier short staff causes them to close things early so no shakes after 10pm.... Attitude from the employees was beyond rude acting like it was a chore for them to take my order and kept asking, "that it?"Short and rude every time I had something else to add to my order. They have closed before with 3 people running but will stayopen if they have 2? Doesn't make sense to me. Most of the workers at this location spend more time talking to each other or on their phones than helping customers. The credit... card machine was down this particular day and one of the workers asked if they were going to call about it and another one said"no, don't call, it'll keep our numbers down" They were out of buns and chicken as well. Came through the drive through at 11:02 P.M. on Saturday July 02, 2022. Three employees sitting outside smoking... cigarettes/talking I get to the outside order kiosk and voice comes over speaker ?thank you for choosing Arbys but we arecurrently closed due to staffing shortage!? Three employees standing outside loitering milking the time clock. Go figure. Wewent right next door and ordered $53.00 worth of food items. I recommend to the readers of this that they choose the Taco Bell,McDonalds, Burger King or even the Denny?s all next door to this Arby?s. It is obvious they care and try harder to earn incomefor the franchise ownership. I will never come back to this Arbys and the owner can thank their outside loitering employees forthe failure of this fast food establishment. Read more
You guys are awesome! But! I Order the Turkey bacon and ranch combo. 3xs in. 2 months And only 1 side of the sandwich had... Turkey.Go eat the other, And. No Turkey on it.
