Food was great and service was friendly and efficient. The building has the bones of an exciting environment but the business is... relatively new and they need to work on decore. Read more

One of few options in Jacksboro on a Monday evening. Creole pasta is decent (small for the price), but the shrimp avocado salad... is a disappointment. Hardly any shrimp (5 small pieces) and only one slice of avocado. That's some pretty expensive lettuce. ??BTW, they don't mention the 3.5% credit card surcharge when I paid. It was on the check, in very small type. Read more

I went to Neri?s today and yet again had the longest wait time in history for my food. While the new waitress?s were sweet and... trying their best, getting food was out of the question. After getting the spinach artichoke dips served to the table, no morefood was seen. Everyone at the table had simple food like chicken tenders and fries, grilled cheese, and soup. After an hourwait after the appetizer, no food was brought. Apparently the hierarchy is more important to gain tips and other tables becamemore important as we aren?t the typical ?regulars?. When the server told the person in charge the situation, no one came overto explain anything about our orders or apologize about the wait. Instead we got a ticket with all our order we received andsent on our way. I feel sorry for the new workers losing out on tips because no one cooks their orders since others getprioritized. After a 13 mile hike, my husband and I were HUNGRY! This place hits the spot! The food is out of this world good! The service is... friendly and fast. And to top it off, the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. The appetizers of the jalapeno stuffed chickenballs are the best start. Read more

This place is amazing. I had fiesta nachos, bistec tacos and a molton lava cake with ice cream. Presentation was great.

My dad and I stopped here for lunch on a Friday afternoon. The food was great (the chocolate pecan pie is to die for!) but... service was below average. It was not busy but the numerous servers that were there at the time were not attentive and often hadto be flagged down to place a drink order or ask for anything. I had the philly cheese steak and a michelada, the bartender madethe michelada perfectly. Read more

This is exactly the sort of place that you?ll be glad to find while driving across the state. As an interstate highway avoider... and a chain restaurant despiser, I?m often driving through small towns when hunger forces me off the road. Pickings are oftenslim, as they say, on the back roads, but you can occasionally stumble across a hidden local gem. Neri?s is even better thanthat. Rather than your typical small town diner, this is an impressive restaurant with a varied menu, attractive daily specials(food and alcohol), and a charming location in an old firehouse. We loved our turkey wrap with sweet potato fries and thechicken enchilada special. I?m actually looking forward to stopping in on my return journey. Read more
