I come here almost everyday to eat lunch. The food is always fresh. Whether I order wings or a salad. The staff is always upbeat... and positive! Nice and friendly! When it?s 100+ degree?s outside. You shouldn?t have your employees standing outside to take orders. When I ask the young girl... why she was having to take orders outside, she said it?s supposed to help with the rush. However, there was one vehicle in frontof me and one vehicle behind me. That is not a rush, and if it is, this location needs new employees. I understand somerestaurants do this successfully. However they are properly equipped to have their employees outside and they have them insideat this degree. Nothing was wrong with the drive thru either. I entered the parking lot from a different entrance and hadinitially bypassed the young lady standing outside. A rude voice from inside said to pull around and order from the ladyoutside. Which I did. And even though you could tell she was extremely hot and uncomfortable she was a sweetheart. Do betterZaxby?s before one of your employees ends up injured. Read more

First time. Meh, it was okay. No ice in the ice machine. Sandwiches and chicken were just okay. Nothing great. Guests to area.

2nd Review... Well, tried one more time, the Fried White Cheddar Bites just keep shrinking!! See 2nd pic! ???? 1st Review........ Always get the cheese bites and really enjoy them, until today. Not sure if they were running low on food or what. But only gothalf of the amount we usually get. Same with my son's fried pickles. Very disappointed. The orders keep GETTING SMALLER!!????
