Place has major issues. Came in at 9 pm and waited 10 min for someone to take my order. I then waited an additional 30 min to... get it. Had I known 1 kid was doing everything (taking the order, frying chicken, packing) I would've gone elsewhere. Order wasincorrect but you can't fault the kid when he's doing everything. Awful doesn't even begin to describe I had at this specific Popeyes location. I walked in for a 12 piece family meal with fries... and mashed potatoes and walked out with an 8 piece meal with fries and DIRTY RICE. Nevermind the fact that the dirty rice is oneof the middest things on the menu, it took upwards of 25 minutes to receive the wrong order. The lack of preparation isbaffling, 2 single employees in the store with a drive-thru that is packed as always. I made the mistake of going inside for myorder and this happened as a result. It if it was just one day that this sort of thing happened, I could brush it off. HOWEVER,this particular location is the worst one I've been to, boasting poor service EVERY TIME. It's so bad that the Church's Chickenthat got temporarily shut down on Market is SUPERIOR. CHURCH'S. INSANE. Because Popeyes has become so popular, these awful,poorly managed locations can prosper on the name alone.
