The inside is beautiful and had relaxing vibes, there's plenty seating. There are some snacks and chips that you can purchase... which are from China, I tried the Texas Grilled BBQ chips and they were good, had a slight sweet tone to it. I decided to getmyself a strawberry-pineapple smoothie with the Boba and it was delicious, large sized drink only for $5. The workers arefriendly as well. I just went to this place because of the great reviews it had. Unfortunately I had an awful experience instead. I asked for a... poke bowl with three proteins to stay. When I go to eat it there was no protein at all. I went and told them of their mistake.They looked at me like I was robbing them. I had received the food like a minute ago and they thought I had eaten the salmon,tuna and shrimp already. I asked them why were they getting upset and giving me an attitude like I was lying? The cashieranswered that people tend to do that there. I told her, I wasn?t lying and that was wrong of them to assume I was lying whenthey are the ones who made the mistake. The woman added the proteins but place the bowl harshly on the counter. I told them itwas my first time going there and I was not going back. The cashier answered she didn?t care. When I asked what did you say? Shechanged her response and said she said it was too bad. So disrespectful and rude! Zero customer service! If they were so sure Iate the food, they could had checked the cameras and see I didn?t. How can you have a business and treat customers this way!!Food wasn?t even good. Good bubble tea in town, meal portion are a bit small for the rice bowl and the Raman are a bit oily. The customize grain/salad... bowl are pretty good though. Read more
Nice large bowl of Miso Raman with pork. $14.03 with tax. Really well balanced flavor. Nice outside crisp to the pork but still... juicy and tender in the middle. Great deco. Very trendy and hip placed. Lots of customizable choices for other Asian inspireddishes if you're not in the mood for soup. Read more
I?ve been here a few times and each time has been a great experience. Good location near lots of other shops and many other... things as well. The staff have always been kind and helpful when I asked about certain items on their menu. The presentation andaesthetics are always on point with this place, as well as the flavors!! Great experience! I ordered a rice bowl with raw tuna as my protein and various toppings. Everything was so fresh. I asked for... sauce on the side. Accidentally, they put some sauce on it and they immediately checked with me to see if it was okay. Theyeven gave me extra sauces. I did not order any drinks, so I cannot comment on that. I will definitely return here in thefuture. My daughter loves Boba tea, so I would like to bring her here one day. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I had lunches here the last two on my visit to Ithaca. You can get a good boba tea with different flavors. They have very good... ramen bowls with reasonable price. I would recommend this place. (Update 12/09/2022) Came to Ithaca and stopped by to have someRamen ???? and boba tea. My family loved the place. We ordered the Miso ramen with pork, spicy miso with beef, tonkotsu Ramenwith chicken, two boba tea. The atmosphere is very good ????. It's a good place to have noodle soup on a cold night.
