Worst subway in Ithaca! They charge more than the others, they don't participate in the deals and I just waited 32 minutes for... four subs when there weren't any other orders. Save some time and money and go to the subway in the mall. Read more
Hardest working Subway folks I've ever seen. Orders are always right, ladies can be a bit abrasive, but they don't mean any... harm. They seem stressed out, like they could use some help, but so long as you're polite and patient, it's a fine place to geta pretty decent sub. Read more

Bread- delightful Meat-good but they dont put enough on Cheese-good Veggies-great, always fresh Sauces- great, wide variety and... all very flavorful Just wish they used more meat on each sandwich, whether its ham, turkey, club or steak. Read more
I accidentally placed my order to this subway instead of the one in the mall. After being treated horribly by the owner at the... Ithaca mall subway. I had called to apologize to this subway for my mistake. Not only was the gentleman very nice and apologeticfor what happened he was able to get someone to have it delivered to me at the mall because I couldn't leave to get it due tothere wasn't enough time on my lunch break. I wish i caught his name because I'm so so grateful for him! Read more
Take my advise and skip the new "cheesy garlic bread" It is not a new subway bread type, it's a plain bread with cheese and... garlic put on, and the garlic is so heavy that your taste buds are assaulted with it to the point of being bitter. Garlic is aflavor that needs some finesse, otherwise it overpowers everything else and this was beyond "overpowering"... it was so extremeit was disgusting. AND 2 foot long subs ended up being over $30, (double meat on both because Subway has always been so stingywith the protein) which if it had tasted good, I'd have been okay with... but it was really bad, so the price just added to mydisgust. Trust me, unless you love garlic that is so strong you taste nothing else for hours, if your taste buds are importantto you, don't abuse them with this new offering! Read more

I was there in person ordering a sandwich and had to wait for other sandwiches to be made that were ordered online and the... people weren?t even there. I made a joking comment about it and like a flip of a switch my sandwich was thrown together andbagged without asking if I wanted anything added to it and. Also the girl making it wasn?t sociable at all, like she didn?t wantto be there. I get the order online deal, but from my experience with the public, the people there in front of you take priorityover an online order. Read more
