Today was my birthday and we wanted to go to a new restaurant. We chose Spring Buffet and we were very happy we did. We have... eaten at buffet's in other cities and I have to say this one was probably the best one I've ever eaten at. The staff was veryfriendly and the service was excellent! The food was perfect, not over cooked and it was NOT greasy, something I really dislike. Now that we've tried Spring, we will become regulars. The price was right too.
