Great beer. Server was very knowledgeable and described the IPAs very well. They have something for everyone, beer, local cider,... local wine, cocktails, and nonalcoholic beverages as well. Nice roomy area inside the taproom with plenty of seating as well asan outside patio. Silo chicken food truck was great b/c they had some delicious vegetarian offerings. Love this place! Read more

Stopped in while visiting Ithaca for the weekend. We have a 13 yo so based on their website as being ?family friendly? with the... description of having skee ball and other games and other reviewers, it seemed like a great option. The beer is good; however Iwould NOT describe it as family friendly. All of the arcade games and any form of child friendly entertainment was removedapparently due to Covid. You also have to be 21+ to enter the inside bar after 7:30 pm. So if you are childless, great. If not,this is not a ?family friendly? place. They really should update their website to reflect this fact. Read more
Great selection of beers and staff was super friendly. Love that they offer 1/2 pint and 5oz sizes to allow patrons to sample... multiple beers at a smaller volume. They also have a food truck outside that you can order from inside and they will deliver itto you. Nice touch! Read more
Great local brewery. There?s a permanent food truck (Silo) outside where you can order and they will bring your food right to... your table at the brewery. The food was super unique & delicious. There is ample indoor & outdoor seating at the brewery. Highlyrecommend! Read more

We had an amazing experience at liquid state this evening! A 5 course meal, invented by the resident Silo food truck team,... paired with superb beers! Silo's team prepared an incredibly dinamic meal completely unlike their (already totally awesome)foodtruck show. The beers were thoughtfully paired with the courses, each in their own style of glass, at the correct temperature, complete with brewer's explanation.
