I would highly recommend that you don?t order delivery from this insomnia. I ordered at 9:26 pm and was not contacted about my... order at all. I called at 10:55 and was told my order was going to be the next one sent out. Cut to 12:00 am. My order was stillnot delivered, so I called again. However, the bakery was closed and the person I was on the phone with had no information onwhat happened to my order. Additionally, one of the cookies I ordered was unavailable, but I did not know this until I calledthem the first time and I don?t think they would have called me about it considering it had been an hour and a half. My orderwas not delivered and I don?t know why due to the fact that the bakery closed and had not sent it out even after I called them.Now I?m cookieless after waiting 3 hours with no communication. After 3 orders I finally got the cookie I had ordered months ago. The first time, they delivered a cookie with the wrong... message. They refunded my order. Apparently they didn't have the right label so instead of telling me, they sent me a cookiewith a smiley face. The second time they cancelled my order because they didn't have any drivers. Third times the charm and Ifinally got my cookie. It tasted great, but service over the few orders was hit or miss. Read more
