I was not impressed with Hope's Catering. Firstly, we had a largely gluten-free population so I requested some items be... altered--specifically, dip NOT in a bread bowl. She did not follow directions. She also did not get us a final quote until theday before the event, and her communication was very poor. The food was also dry, and not very good. Hope is AMAZING. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is or how tasty her cooking is. She catered our July 2017 wedding... at the Fontainebleau Inn in Alpine, New York as well as our rehearsal at Buttermilk Falls State Park. Every one of our guestsloved the food and could not stop raving about how fantastic it was. It?s been 6 months since our wedding and we are stillreceiving complements about the food - it really was that good! On top of everything else, Hope was there to support us, providemenu planning help and work with us to design our favors (a delicious homemade cookie, made fresh for our guests).
