Our experience at Chipotle was less than stellar - far less than stellar. We placed an online order, which was supposed to be... ready in 20 minutes. When we arrived, the order wasn?t on the shelf ready for pick-up. Thirty minutes later I went to thecashier and asked if she had our order. She looked all over and finally found it at the bottom of the pile. After 15 moreminutes, our order was ready but no chips and salsa but a note on the bag that said ?free chips next order.? ?Free next order?isn?t exactly ?free? when you?ve already paid for them. There?s no way to get free chips when you order next time online. Iunderstand you?re busy and short staffed but this was ridiculous! Next time I?ll go to Moe?s and wait in their line. Went to this location for a late lunch at 2:30pm after pre-ordering through the app. The front doors were locked, and customers... were left to figure out their way over to the side door. Inside, the tables were dirty, the in-person line was mostly ignored,and the gaggle of people waiting for their pickup orders consumed much of the restaurant. Our orders were finally completed 27minutes after the promised time. We were given a drink cup for the long wait, and discovered that half of the sodas were soldout and there was no iced tea, in addition to it all being dirty. My experience with this location is not good. The store people appear unmotivated to do their work. I?m really not sure why they... work there if they don?t like the job. Perhaps they are just tired since the crowd was huge and there were only 2 of them makingburritos. But, the bigger problem is organization: if one places an online order, waiting to be ready at the time the app saysis the earliest possible, one arrives there at that time, and 20 min later they even haven?t started to make one's order. If theonline ordering is broken, they shouldn't accept online orders - it is better to just wait in the line, if one still wants toeat here, of course. The food was OK, but not spectacular - I expect the best food quality from Chipotle. To be fair, themanager on duty was very willing to help, and she did. However, she can't do much if the store is short-staffed. The storesimply must have 4-5 people making the food at rush hours, not just 2 as they had on that Saturday evening, during pick dinnertime! I have tried ordering from here multiple times. It is so horribly run. Honestly it makes the chipotle brand look bad. I waited... in line for over 30 minutes. I finally got to the front of the line only for the staff to spend the next 15 minutes fillingonline orders alone and ignoring the people waiting in line. The staffs inability to juggle online and in person orders isembarrassing. No restaurant should take over 45 minutes to even take your order. Will never go back to this location. Read more

I love Chipotle and have even been to a grand opening. But the service and quality has just declined especially at this site.... The staffing is not what it needs to be if they truly wish to fulfill mobile and in-person orders as one usually overtakes theother and both end up suffering. Waiting Over 1.5 hours for food passed the "promised time". The staff are too busy to evenstock forks and napkins let alone clean anywhere the customers are. Will not be back until it improves. Ordered online about two hours in advance (because we needed it to be a quick stop since it was late and we had two tired and... hungry toddlers in the car), arrived and restaurant was empty but our food wasn't ready. The guy printed off our order while mywife stood off to the side waiting for them to make the food. About 20 more customers came in over the next 30 minutes, and thestaff served ALL of them and they left with their food before they made ours. My wife tried to talk to the cashier, but hewouldn't make eye contact with her and kept serving other people. We ended up being there over thirty minutes waiting for ourfood. This will be the first and likely last review I ever write. I have ordered from this store many times, hoping my experience will... improve however it has not. I have had my mobile order delayed 30 minutes consistently. When I eventually receive my order, itis usually wrong. Today, I placed a mobile order for pickup at 5:30pm and still at 6:30pm my order was not ready. While Irecognize that this is not the staff who were workings fault, it is a reflection of the poor management. If you are ever lookingfor a good quick meal, look elsewhere. Chipotle, if you cannot fulfill mobile orders in a timely fashion- turn them off. Read more

Have been here three times. Will never come again! First time, I went to order directly, a piece of glass that separates food... and ppl broke itself in front of me. They stopped fulfilling orders Second time, decided to use app to place an order. Arrivedon time, after waiting 20 mins, they told me they didn't realize the order Today, placed an order through app, intentionallymade it ready 30 mins early, hoping they can do the job.
