This Burger King used to be a fantastic, but now it?s always at least a 15 minute wait just to place an order and often longer... to receive it. 5 strikes in one month? depressing and unnecessary. Management could be making this place a mint with betterservice; instead, myself and 2 other cars just drove away while the manager on duty stood outside smoking a cigarette talking tosomeone in a parked car.. Horrible customer service, very slow, waited 30+ minutes with only 2 cars in front of me at peak hour (12pm) just to get told at... the window they accept cash only. Something they could have told when I put my order in. Didn?t get any food and wasted overhalf my work break. Don?t go there if you value time. Read more
First of all...the gal that brought my order out to my car was supper nice and helpful. But....I'm so shocked at the price I... paid for a #1 whopper with cheese medium and an order of jalapeno cheese bites. $17.25 is outrageous. Whopper was drowning inmayo... barely edible. Tasted good...but needed a ton of napkins. I just can't see how they can think $17.25 is ok. I won't beback....sadly. Read more
This particular BK is so sad and pathetic. Not just once, but every time I come here it is understaffed and overwhelmed. They... can barely function. Always a wait. The poor staff always seems to be frazzled. They need a better manager. Read more
The worker's were nice but when I went there , they were freaking out about a spider problem. Big ol spiders were scaring the... crew. Never had a problem at this location yet. I usually order online and go through the drive thru. My orders have been correct,... hot, and taste good. Also download the app to get offers and deals if you think its too expensive. I got 2 original chickensandwiches and 2 small fries for 6 dollars the other day. Read more
A very poorly managed location. Twice I have had to wait in long queues, burger delivered was cold, order was wrong and once I... was overcharged. The server got annoyed when I asked for why they were charging more than the amount listed on their menu. Go toDunkin donuts across the street if you are really very hungry or buy something from PNC fresh. Read more
Ordered online and went inside the store to pick it up. Marked and paid for cheese and extra pickles and asked in the store if... the order was correct. Mind you I live across town from there. Got home and there was no cheese or pickles. The workers thereare just too stoned to do anything right. Read more
