Food is awful and people are ok. But they have such a high turnover, employees seem confused.
I love the drinks at Sonic asking with a few snacks. Yum!! Now with modern technology, the app makes it easy to order and I use... it every time. The only downfall is that sometimes they are sold out of an item and you don't know until you get that. Read more

This location is imbedded in a gas station and as such I didn't have high hopes in terms of quality and service. However, the... employee Ben totally turned my expectations on their head. On my way home to Austin, I pulled into this Sonic around 22:20 (6/28/22), unsure whether or not I would be able to place an... order. I was notified by the pleasant staff that if I was willing to wait I would receive a fresh order, considering they werein the process of closing and repackaging all available product. I do not condone such a trip so close to closing but am inabsolute bliss that the staff took the time to whip out my order; Hot and Fresh! Read more
My husband and I were passing through? went in and ordered. Although the young man who took my order was prompt and informative... and attentive? that was as good as it got. I was given the wrong drink, which they did correct?then waited for my food? it wassitting there while they served everyone at the drive thru. This was the worst meal we have ever been served at. sonic. Thecheeseburger? plain I ordered had no cheese on it and loaded with ketchup- mustard- and pickle. Then the 2 chicken sliderswere ?.. horrible. Was that really chicken? And were so old?.when did you make them ??. the tater tots were also cold and oldas well. It was a huge disappointment. Husband and I stopped here passing through and the food is always not hot at all. Well I got a tender basket and he got popcorn... chicken my chicken was nice and hot tots were cold cold. But his popcorn chicken was completely uneatable. Won't be going backfor sure. Read more
I give this place negative stars. Come for lunch the person who took my order his name is Michael . Rude service rolling eyes... while taking order plus missing items from order. Customers in front of me got their food while my food stayed there until Iasked where my order is . Don?t recommend Need more employees and need a training class in customer service.
