It was 93 degrees in the store. This is unacceptable for any establishment, but especially a place that serves food

Very convenient subway being only a block from my office. I come here pretty often for my lunch. They have a great staff and... always make certain that their customers are happy. Parking lot can be a bit tricky to get in and out of since the intersectionwas redesigned but its not too bad. Read more
The first time I came here everything went well. The second time I came the guy behind the counter had something in his mouth... the entire time when doing my order, didn?t put a lot of stuff on my sandwich like other places, I had to repeat myself like 3times, I asked for cheese and he didn?t ask what kind and put whatever he felt was right. I was the only person in the entirestore. There is no reason to rush when I?m the only one in the store and even worse he had something in his mouth the entiretime which was gross. Read more
The real rating is 0. First it started out okay despite only 1 person from being on the floor which cut my lunch break into 10... minutes. But then the online ordering disappeared. I called THREE TIMES and no one answered despite them being open according totheir hours. And then today. Today I planned to go again on my lunch break and it was closed even though it should be open.Maybe they are closing down but no sign on their building otherwise said anything. Usually I let live with fast food chains butthe lack of updates and no organization irritated me. Their hours stated online arent even correct either! Luckily I haveanother location close by I can go to. To anyone in the area of Itasca. DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE. Read more
