I went through the most absurd process trying to add a gift card. Had to call customer service and was on the phone for almost... an hour trying to redeem a gift card. It was absurd gift card experience ever. I resent ever having been given the gift card. Never give a gift card to Taco Bell. They just can?t handle it. Read more
Food is good but the restroom soap is nasty. The one on the wall is not putting out soap so they put out this bottle that's... clearly made for another dispenser. It's been like this for a while now.
