Solid 2 stars. Decor and music are great. The food was overpriced and disappointing. We got the ?4 on the Floor? (crispy fried... chicken burger), ?No Parking? (steak and chicken philly) and the ?Piston rings? (onion rings). The bread on both the sandwichestasted stale and was very crumbly. The chicken sandwich was made with tenders instead of a single piece of breast. It was quiteodd because the tenders kept falling out of the bun. The chicken and steak philly was good but for a $23 sandwich I expected alot more. The thing that really disappointed us though is that the staff didn?t seem like they wanted us eating there. Theservice was cold and distant and unwelcoming. We are locals and we?ve been wanting to try this place out for a while (I meanwho doesn?t want their favorite burger place to be local and close by). Great place to go get a hamburger have went here lots of times over the past 20+ years. I would definitely say if you've never... been there try it out, every thing I've ever got was usually really good. If you like big burgers get there signature XXX Burgerit's definitely filling, I've ate it on multiple occasions. Overall it's been a great place to bring family or friendsespecially if they've never been there. Read more
Great food but come ready to share. We got the 409 Tri Power burger and it was delicious! And big enough to share and feel full... but not stuffed. It tasted great but it is messy so make sure to have napkins on hand (they are at your table). Service wasgood but not great. Pretty much check in to order, drop food off and collect money. Not a lot of interaction but that wasfine. Also, cash only so be prepared for that. They have a cash machine in case you need it. Read more
Wow... This place is more of a destination than an every week kind of place. My husband used to go here as a kid and has fond... memories, so on a trip across the mountain, we decided to stop in for dinner. Not one of us finished our meal. As you will seein my photos, the burgers here are HUGE!!! And the fries and onion rings you get with them are plentiful. Our burgers averagedabout $17 each (the fries came with it, but add ons like cheese were a bit extra and upgrading to onion rings was too). A coupleof us had milkshakes (8.75 for a "regular" which was also huge) and they were AMAZING. My chocolate peanut butter shake couldhave been a meal in itself. It was also beautifully presented. The root beer floats were also good ($8.25ish for a small). The root beer there is so very good! And they serve it in frosty cold mugs. (My husband didn't check the menu, and our sonjust let us know that the large root beer my husband ordered cost $11!! ????) Okay... I'm all over the place right now. SoI'll boil it down. The food and the service (the people were some of the friendliest I've met at a fast food place in therecent past) both completely deserve 5 stars. The only thing we would warn you is that it adds up quickly, and truly we couldhave bought 2 burgers for the 4 of us and we would have all been very full. There might even have been leftovers.
