We didn't eat here but was going to until we walked up to the front door and was greeted by a shelving unit and a sign telling... us the inside dining was closed. Maybe post a sign on the parking lot windows so people don't have to go through the hassle. Read more
They are a bit weird about using the app. For the 2nd time while waiting in the drive thru I used the app to order ahead before... getting up to my spot in line to order. I tell them I ordered on the app while waiting, and they tell me I need to go inside, Itell them I can't do that because I am in a line of cars (like suddenly they don't get how their drive thru works), and they sayOK we'll have it at the window. I love taco time, been eating there about 35 years (and still get the nat. Soft chicken taco),but I hate that they either they dislike efficiency or can't evolve to a world where people use apps for stuff like orderingfood. Please change with the times taco time ???? Paid over $25 for two full meals and then they failed to include the tater tots or give me a receipt! The food was cold! They... don?t forget to charge more for their sauces though! Worst taco time meal I?ve ever had. I guess they have lost their customerservice etiquette due to lack of proper training. When you try to call the store, no answer and they send you to voice mail! $25dollars paid for $4 worth of food and still was cheated! Unbelievable! Read more
My first Taco Time experience was at this location. And it was good. But lately I?ve been going to the Gilman location. My wife... wanted Taco Time one night so I went to this location for the ?consistency test?. This place failed. 1) I live less than a mileaway. Got home and the food was cold. Could not even tell that the meet was warm first. The Gilman location, I never have toreheat my food. 2). My wife got the Casita burrito with chicken. It was more like a bean burrito with hardly any chicken. Willnot go back. Will always go to the Gilman location from now on. Read more
I love this location, super friendly staff always great food as per usual very cleanly dining space and restrooms. I've done... some electrical work for them and their kitchen is always clean and tidy as well. just an all-around nice place to eat in ahurry or not in a hurry! Read more
