Great customer service on our visit this week! We stopped by this location and the two employees were friendly, greeted us with... smiles, made our sandwiches efficiently and happily chatted with everyone. Minus one star because their oven was broken, whichaffected many menu items, especially for the customers after us. The cashier said they accept coupons. We recently went to thePreston location where they had a big sign refusing all coupons and had poor customer service, so it was a welcome change tocome to this location. Read more

This subway gets 3 stars for the great customer service but the sandwich I had was terrible!! It had nothing to do with the way... it was made but the sandwich itself just wasn?t tasty I couldn?t even eat it all, what a waste of $9, do not buy the new Steakteriyaki, the meat is full of gristle and the sauce was nasty. This review is for the Issaquah-Subway by Gilman Blvd. One of the best Subway expirence that I had in Sammamish/Issaquah area.... There's a lady here, she makes the sub with love. I haven't seen anyone making a sub in that way. she does it like a painting.... spread tuna perfectly.. arranged onions in a pattern. spinach Uniformly. I really like this place. Read more
I want to start this off stating that I'm aware staffing and getting product is difficult right now. However taking 25 minutes... to make a sandwich is unacceptable. Only having white and wheat bread is a disgrace. The person, sorry, sandwich artist, behindthe counter was high as a kite and taking his time with everything. I'd understand if there was one person in the store but whenthere's customers waiting you need to have a little pep in your step. He didn't know how to use a gift card and kept makingthings up when it didn't work. "Oh it added points to your account" that's not how this works at all. Read more
