Went through the drive thru with my daughter today and ordered her a white hot cocoa. After the twenty minute drive home, she... got super sick, and began vomiting. No fever, no other symptoms. After feeling generally awful for about an hour, after shethrew up all the cocoa, she felt better. Nothing else in her system. Likely the milk wasn?t good. No worries, that happens. Icalled the store just now to let them know so that no one else gets served milk that could be bad. The guy who answered thephone, answered by saying, ?sorry we closed at 6:30? before I even said a word. Cool, then don?t answer the phone if you don?twant to speak to a customer. I knew they had closed and figured I could leave a message for whoever arrives in the morning tohear before service begins. Then I kindly let him know the situation, as you?re supposed to when this happens at a publicestablishment. His response, ?I actually just bought the milk myself from Fred Meyer 3 hours ago.? I let him know that eventhough the milk was purchased recently doesn?t mean it can?t be bad. He said , ?I don?t know what it could have been.? I said,?okay well I just wanted to let you know so you can check it and prevent anyone else from experiencing this.? He said, ?okay,have a great night? No thank you, no apology. Really dude? On the day I visited I think they were incredibly busy inside & drive through. It took 20 mins. To get my drink. My food came... right out. It would have been nicer to have my drink with my breakfast sandwich to enjoy together. Read more

This location has gone downhill since the pandemic. First - can you reinstall the urinal in the bathroom? Just because the... bathrooms are now unisex doesn?t mean the urinal has lost its place in the world. Second - why are you using the end of thestore to store all your supplies? It looks junky always and takes away a nice area of seating that both myself and othersenjoyed once upon a time (when I could still utilize the urinal). This isn?t hard, cmon guys. Read more

I just moved to the area and have only been twice. Both times the staff taking my orders were super nice and sweet. I truly... appreciated that since I am new here. They got my first order right through the drive thru and the second was for four drinksand all were correct. I was disappointed they didn?t have the Washington been here mug but that isn?t the baristas fault:) Read more

I use this location a lot because it?s convenient for me and it has a drive through. I?ve been here countless times and honestly... they mess up my order often, probably 1 out of every 4 visits. This most recent visit I ordered a venti iced latte but was givena grande. I didn?t even realize it until I left and didn?t have time to go back. It wouldn?t really be that big of deal had Ibeen charged for the grande but I was using stars so the cost was the same regardless. I was a bit disappointed but I?ve alsogotten used to this location messing up my orders. Read more
