Coffee and food delicious and customer service very warm and friendly. I really appreciated their checking vaccination cards... and it was a relief to remove mask and enjoy my yummy breakfast. Their team is so welcoming to all customers and I enjoyedDenise's wonderful service while I waited there for my car being repaired . Overall I rate their service as outstanding!???????? Read more

I love Starbucks in general. This place is awesome. The staff is very friendly and very polite . They even ask if you want to... redeem any stars which is super nice . Great service overall. Will definitely recommend Read more

While not the worst Starbucks I've been to, definitely not the best. I think in large part due to the fact that this is a... training location, I frequently get my drink, get into the car and out on the road, take a sip, and it's completely wrong. Iknow they have their 'barista promise' but I don't want to go to a location that consistently requires me to have them remake mydrink with flavor this time. I feel bad writing a poor review since the staff are so incredibly friendly and nice here, but keepin mind that this is NOT a good location to get drinks that you won't check before you leave. I?ve been super disappointed with some locations in the area, but this one is great. It was very clean, the staff was friendly &... were not frazzled & rushed like others. My mobile order actually took 4-7 mins like the app said instead of 15-25mins like priorexperiences. This is how Starbucks should be. Definitely a well managed location! Read more

I always use the mobile app to call my order in ahead of time and normally that is such a Time Saver.... Today I app'd in my... order and there apparently was a rush at the very same time in the store and I waited almost 25 minutes for a cup of coffee andsome egg white bites. I was late for my appointment and I was not happy. People who were in line in the store got their itemsbefore I did and I know my order was in before they place theirs physically in the store. I don't understand the way the orderqueue works but this is not the normal mobile ordering situation. I probably won't go back to this particular store when I havesomewhere to be on a schedule because I don't have 25 minutes to wait and, in reality, there's not a cup of coffee worth waiting25 minutes for. The people there are very pleasant but it's very chaotic. This morning my egg white bites were done probably 10minutes before my coffee was and they laid up on the counter along with probably 10 or 12 other heated items that were not beingplaced up on the counter for people to take. I saw people who waited a very long time for their drinks and hot food to come andthey were not presented together. It made no sense. I think they need more people behind the counter or they need to organizethe tasks or the task centers better. Because if this is the way it will be at this particular store going forward I probablywon't be back and I don't think that many people can build that kind of extra time into their daily schedule for a cup ofcoffee. The staff is very nice, but clearly not properly trained. Every time I go there they mess up my order 1 or 2 times before they... get it right. I usually have to bring everything back because it either not what I ordered (there are strict allergies in myfamily) or they have forgotten an item or two. I go here because it is in my neighborhood, but I should go somewhere else tosave time. Read more

I had been getting my coffee every morning at the Starbuck inside QFC next to this Starbucks this past year, but the staff are... not friendly. So I've decided to get my mocha here at this location the past couple weeks. So far the staff at this Starbucksare very nice, and the place is clean and welcoming. It's the "customer service" that I pay for not just a cup of Mocha. Gladit's close to my house. Read more
