Ordered online and it said to pick up at 6:36. Got here 10 minutes late at 6:46. At 6:56 I asked if it would be ready soon and... was told they were ?working on it.?It?s now 7:06 and I?ve watched as they have solely focused on the line of people and ignoredonline pick ups. People who arrived 10 minutes after my online order was 10 minutes late have completed meals and left. All as Isit here waiting. Update: I left without food lol. A young couple came in and all three employees forgot about online ordersagain (oddly- all three of them worked on this couples order while online just sorta sat there.) When it became clear this youngcouple was going to get their food before the now growing crowd of people waiting for online orders, I called it and got arefund I had been waiting about 30 minutes when they came in.). Got a salad today. Fairly fresh and tasty. Birria pretty good meat choice. Grilled fajita vegetables were pretty good. Portion... not huge. Their garbage system sucks, it puts way too much cognitive load on the diner to sort between scraps and recyclablesand trash. Their side portions, like for rice, are incredibly small, too. Read more
