For the most part I?ve had really good times with this place but this was my last. I was obviously annoyed when the girl gave me... a small when I ordered a large and waited 20 mins longer than expected. She says and I quote ?its busy and we make mistakes?which I understand mistakes happen, but busy??? A whole 6 people where there? maybe. It wasn?t full by any means. She thendecides to rather then just make my food, escalate the situation and start an argument by saying ?before you think you?re soperfect? while holding my food? bro just hand me it and let it go, but she can?t handle any form of annoyance. Man. Im so disappointed i wanna cry. Portions are baby sized. I ordered bowls and they are kids sized. This will be my last time... here. Had to get a second dinner after finishing these. ARGH! The worst panda express ever. Read more
Agree with some of the reviews. This is by far the a worst Panda Express I ever been to. Ordered ahead multiple times, and... still takes another 20-30 minutes to get the order. They skimp on meat and had chicken teriyaki with one slice that was cut in1/2 in slices. I take that back. It?s the worst restaurant in the United States. Read more
Absolutely awful location. I stopped by to grab dinner, waited in line for 15 minutes... When I finally made it to the front... there was only 1 choice available. I asked if this was the only option and the employee told me I would have to wait another 15minutes for them to cook the orange chicken. So I waited in line for 15 minutes and then I need to wait another 15 minutes? Ileft and went to the teriyaki bistro across the street which I might add had my food ready in about 2 minutes. There's nothingexpress about this Panda Express location. Absolutely awful. You would think if you're running a restaurant you would keepcooking to have options available to your customers instead of 1 menu item. I?m trying to stay as kind and positive as possible. The food was good, and the workers are nice. I ordered ahead because I know... how busy this location is. I ordered an hour in advance and still had to wait 15 minutes to get my food, and the other onlineorder person in front of me had such a bad experience that they had to write her name down. Again the people and food was good,I would just recommend management either don?t allow online orders, or takes them more seriously. Read more
Probably the worst Panda Express EVER! The worst possible management is running this store. First, there is only one person... working in the front. Two, other works are lost in the sauce! Three, For fact, black shirts are the managers/supervisor. The onein this store got blank name tag on her shirt. Other than one young guy up in the front, all working the paste of sloth ????.People are lined up, people leave while waiting because it takes too long. People will wait then leave because they see that nota single worker is working to service but to just get time on their timecard. We waited 5-10 minutes, when we got to thefront?. they were missing half of the dishes because they were not cooked! Only thing they had was fried rice and orangechicken. One guy took forever to cook Chow mein?. This guys was being a scientist with this. For facts the worst Panda ExpressI ever been from East to West to Hawaii. Never going again to this location. Slow service, even when ordering online. Had to wait about 40 minutes from ordering to getting my food, they had partially set... up my order so by the time I got it it was cold and soggy, to top it off, they had put very little food, I ordered a family mealfor about 33dls.. and got about 20dlrs worth of food, as if I had ordered 2 plates. Also recieved none of the napkins oranything for my order. I hope some one from PE reads this and gets me a voucher for a replacement order (I have my order recietfor proof) Read more
