Love the pizza here! They have good vegan options. The staff sometimes doesn't know about allergens in certain ingredients ... (like the salad dressings) which makes ordering vegan here a little more difficult. The allergens are not on the menu in thestore, so if the staff doesn't know what's in something, I usually don't risk it. Regardless, the food here is always yummy! Read more
We frequent different locations of MOD pizza because we don?t have one near us. It?s a treat for our kids when they get to go... and they?re always excited about it. I will NEVER go back to this Issaquah highlands location. First thing to mention mostimportant our son got extreme food poisoning from his pepperoni pizza. 100% came from this order. Please continue to read. Wegot curbside pickup- I put the order in at 1:48 it said it would be ready by 2:09. We had to physically come inside to get ourorder because they would ?bring it out when they had time? aka hadn?t even started our order yet. Finally finished at2:27. Extra cheese on a mini Maddy got almost NO cheese. Hardly any sauce almost none on my custom MOD 5 crew members and only 1was actually working. When my husband came inside the workers were unprofessionally talking about our order rudely discussinghow I couldn?t park in front of the store in curbside because a semi was delivering so I parked in front of ulta and let thekid who answered the phone know that. They said I was parked out in the middle of the parking lot somewhere ? my husband walkedin on the convo they obviously didn?t know he was with our order because I called and the order was placed under my name. I came here twice and both times the food was cooked perfectly. The staff was super great and constantly asked if I needed... anything else. The food was incredible. I haven't eat out this good in years. I love the buffet style pizza making. Read more
The man that helped me was such a lovely person! I wish I got his name, but he smiled the whole time and helped me figure out... the process. His quirky remarks were so enjoyable too. Ordered pizza for our family to celebrate my daughters birthday. Was told it?d be 30 min and it turned into 60. Half of the... pizzas were burnt all over the edges and they didn?t get the toppings right either. It was so disappointing. Such a fun atmosphere! We were welcomed and greeted as soon as we stepped into the place. I had never been to a mod pizza before... so they walked me through what I can expect. It's basically a make your own pizza. You can choose the size and type of pizza youwant, and add on any number of toppings for free! I got a mega crust margherita pizza and added 3 types of peppers on it. Myboyfriend ordered a heavier meat pizza with some peppers as well. Both came out fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!! Ordered a custom pizza with thick crust and I noticed that the bottom and outer crust was cooked but the rest of the dough was... completely raw. I spent $24 on an order only for it to be inedible. I called the store and they transferred me and the lady whoanswered hung up on me after confirming my situation (I agreed she had the info correct and she hung up right after.). This isridiculous! Could?ve been a simple solution by apologizing and refunding my order or getting me a new pizza right away since nowI?m stuck at work with no lunch. Do better. The pizzas are delectable and the staff are quick yet friendly. I enjoy getting pizzas with lots of toppings and then getting... them to put Sriracha and ranch all of my za. The customization and quickness creates an environment of experimentation with afamiliar dish. I also love their shirts. They are all so unique. The pictures up on the wall here are also team members andtheir families (or so I overheard) which is a wonderful touch to integrate it into the community. Read more
