Called and had a question about the particular store. Would give a zero if I could. While the employee who answered was... professional and courteous, the employee in the background whom he asked for clarification was making sarcastic remarks about myinquiry and I could hear it. Not a good feeling to be belittled. Won?t ever be giving this place business if this is how itchooses to interface with customers. Read more

This location has been my worst jimmy John experience :( burnt bottom crispy sandwich, slow service, and they forgot my pickle.... I wouldn?t recommend this location. Staff very chatty with each other and slow service? and we were the only ones in the store. Read more

This location is not managed well. Never open during posted hours. Claim lack of staff. I just counted 7 people at 3:08pm and... would not complete my order. Read more

Ordered a sandwich and received one piece of meat in it. When I went back in to discuss with employees they said that is the way... that sandwich was made. I spent $12+ on this sandwich to pretty much eat bread. This isn?t the first time I?ve ordered thisparticular variation of this sandwich at Jimmy Johns, but it is the first time it came out this way. Being told there wasnothing they could do and to have a nice day honestly felt like robbery. I will not be returning here again. Wish I could haveat least gotten my tip back because it was definitely misplaced. Read more

There are for sure better Jimmy Johns out there. Sadly the staff here is pretty slow and unfriendly. The food is somewhat... sbu-par for the brand. The tomato here were missing from my order twice in a row. Had to wait also over 10 min like othersreview in here for the missing tomato also. My fault for not noticing it when I was there before driving home but still .... andwhen you try to call this place they never pick up the phone either. Read more

i feel so fin stupid waiting in line for 10 minutes to grab a sandwich i ordered from mobile app 20min ago. i then have to sign... a silly receipt. they just changed the pick up procedure, no longer allowed to ask the gentlemen who make your sandwich for yourorder, they can?t be bothered. i have to wait for cashier. what a brilliant tactic to push customers away. time to switch tosubway Read more

Only one complaint - after a great experience with friendly and fast service, I was denied the opportunity to tip on my card??... What?s with that? I didn?t have cash on me (like so many others) so I couldn?t give the crew a well-deserved tip! That needs tobe remedied as it is a strange option to remove from the payment terminal. Otherwise, it was a great place to stop for a quick,tasty meal. Read more
