Bad experience with the drive thru service that ended up not ordering. I was asking about a new meal and what comes in it since... it does not say and it is a picture of fries, tacos and more...He kept saying it is the sams as the picture, and we have to lookand does not want to answer. #7 combo meal is my go to. The fries are always hot. When everything else is closed, Jack's is still open. In fact, open... 24/7. 4 or so cars in line at 4 AM. Read more
Classic jack. Got a shake and tenders. It was good. Seems like the tenders had been sitting for awhile but they were alright.
To say my experience was unsavory would be an understatement. I ordered in the drive through, drove home and was one bite in... when I realized it didn?t taste right. The cashier refused to make me a new one, I had brought the sandwich back, and told methe only option was to buy another. Which I ended up wanting to do, only for the cashier to actually laugh in my face when Iwanted to reorder the same thing. Extremely rude and unprofessional. It has been a while since I have had Jack in the Box but I remember it being better then McDonald's or Burger King. Not this... location. Customer service was just average. There were only 2 other customers there when we arrived and store cleanliness wasnot as good as I thought it should be. Also every napkin despensers was completely empty. When I went up to get some napkins Ihad to wait a considerable amount of time. Very disappointed with this location. Will try another Jack in the Box when I comeback this way next year. Read more
