We stopped by here after shopping at Costco. It wasn't busy and got our order taken right away. There is a fireplace in the... seating area. The day we stopped by it wasn't turned on. It's larger than the Happy Lemon in the mall. There is seating andtables to dine in. The bubble waffle tasted amazing. This time I got a mango smoothie which also was yummy. If in the area,this place is great for drinks or a tasty bubble waffle. You won't regret grabbing one. Read more

Had a strawberry green tea bubble tea and it was pretty good for what it was. The bubble waffle looked and smelled really good,... may have to try that on another visit. I was however disappointed by the service the man running the register and taking orderswas not really any help navigating the menu and what I ordered ended up not really being what I had asked for, even if it wastasty. I ran out of data and no longer had access to my map so I stopped by to ask if they have wifi I could use. The staff where... incredibly helpful and the atmosphere was great too. The waffles they where cooking smelled amazing and I really wish I couldhave purchased one but I was already running late. I will definitely be going there to again so I can actually try the food, butfor now: 10/10 great service, lovely atmosphere, smells amazing. Read more

This place is busy. There?s a good amount of parking. Drinks are 5-7 dollars but the sizes are large. Besides boba there?s fruit... and lemon teas and a few Asian smoothie options. You can customize the type of boba. (Mango has a good texture if you don?t likeboba). The sugar and ice levels can be reduced to 75%, 50% or 25%. Read more

Good place. Busy often! Parking is plenty but during rush hour you might have to park a bit further away. They have a limited... slushy/smoothies menu but their stuff and price is a tad lower than most places! Read more

Cute name, cute logo, cute waffles. Unfortunately, 4 out of 6 tables were dirty, as well as the floor (and their work area where... they make the waffles was a disaster). Apparently cleaning isn?t in the job description of any of the six people behind the bar.Also my « hot » tea was barely warm. Read more

The place is pretty specious , has several tables inside. The bubble tea and waffle taste good. Because it is located on the... popular street and a lot of bicyclists ride through, I wish they had tables so bicyclists can sit outside. Read more
