Normally it?s great food. With the employees now for the second time food was terrible and a waste of money!!! I got a simple... order of 3 fat fries and 1 skinny fries. They were overcooked and 1 order was mixed skinny and fat fries!! They weren?t cookedfresh like they use to. They were dry like they were re-dropped fries but left in too long. Terrible. Terrible. And the diningarea had not been cleaned several areas had food still on the tables. I?ll never buy from them again. Sorry not wasting my moneyagain! That order was $25 with tip! $7 for a mediocre burger with one patty is one thing. Trying to charge $17 for the same burger with fries and a drink has to be... some kind of joke. In all my travels across this country, I have never in my life seen such a ridiculous pricing scheme. Iassume this review will fall on deaf ears because I can't imagine anyone at Fatburger corporate actually wants customers withthis pricing scheme. They have never gotten my order correct at this location. I ordered a Double King burger with no relish or pickles, they gave me... two smaller burgers that were only pickles and relish. On top of that, the burger was somehow cold when I picked it up despiteshowing up on time, artful incompetence. Read more
Not impressed. Bun was stale. Burger had too much mustard. Customer service wasn't bad but wasn't great either. They would... probably be able to hear better if the music wasn't blasting like a night club. The best thing I could say about this place wasthat the fries were hot. Read more
Gluttons for punishment, we do try and stop by here about every 3 months or so to try our luck at the Fatburger wheel of "what's... broken or out of stock today". Soda machine down, shake machine down, no standard buns, condiments, cheese..... They never failto keep us on the edge of our seat. I guess the bar is low on who can run one of these. Read more
If you're looking for a damn good burger, maybe some buffalo chicken wings then this is the place. Service is pretty quick and... even at prime lunch time they keep up with orders pretty quickly. It's clean and got that 50's diner feel. I'd choose Fat Burgerany day over your traditional fast food joints. It's a little more on the high-end price wise, but for $5+ meal over those otherplaces you get much higher quality burger. Get greasy with a smile! Read more
Pretty overpriced for a so so burger. The dining room also was pretty messy. I ordered a bacon burger. They forgot the bacon.... I complained, and the guy seemed annoyed said "I'm pretty sure there's bacon on there" and didn't fix it. They also blastloud, annoying music. There are a ton of good burger places in town.
