Pretty typical Chipotle affair, but the service here is SLOW, especially if you put an online order in around the time they... open. It feels like they do zero preparation work before they open, so if you place an online order to be ready around the sametime, realistically expect to add +20 minutes to the pickup time. They're also frequently out of staple items. Read more

I have tried dine in and delivery. Both times I had horrible experience. Dine in: restaurant is not clean, getting food is hard... and you have to remind them to put a decent amount of food for every item ordered. Delivery: food was cold not even like warm.Both of the items arrive with wrong mix of items added in. What is the point of letting us choose from the app if you will justthrow in whatever. I have to pay special attention to find the steak prices which I added money for. Read more

This location has gone downhill over the last couple of years. It's often dirty, tables aren't cleaned, trash cans overflowing,... napkins are out. They never seem to have enough workers and cannot keep up with online order mixed in with in person orders socustomer service is very slow and disappointing. Oftentimes, they will shut down in person ordering and only allow online,which is a pain. Read more

This is the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. And I've gone several times to see maybe I just came on a bad day, and... every time it is a hot mess. They're always out of lots of things, can never restock fast enough. This last Saturday was by farthe worst, and we decided to never return again. Firstly, online orders were not being done, people were waiting for their foodfor 45 minutes. And when asked for a refund, we were told to call a 1-800 number. All their drinks were empty, along withsilverware and napkins, and yet they still took orders for drinks. And the manager never came out to deal with angry customers,so the cashier had to deal with everyone, which I felt bad because it wasn't her fault. Really it's a management issue, notenough employees to keep up with demand. Save your money and eat elsewhere. Read more

Online ordering is a mess, it would be faster to order your food in person. I had another experience with my online order where... they replaced my ordered sauces without notice. Food itself isn?t bad and there is outside seating with covers. Read more

Never prder online from this place. You should go and watch them make it. I ordered a salad and I received something that is... full of beans, no lettuce. I ordered to have light pinto beans only, but they smothered mine in black beans. Disgusting. Read more

I ordered (for delivery thru the app) a double chicken burrito bowl, light white rice, pinto beans, corn, cheese and sour cream.... A normal portion of chicken is 4 oz. Double is 8 ounces. The second photo is me moving all the chicken to one side. I had 11pieces of chicken TOTAL! I called to try and get it fixed, no answer. It cost $17 for this. I hate the fact that I cannot trustdouble to even mean single portion or that I cannot reach anyone at the store. If you order here, DO NOT do it digitally. Go into the store and watch them make it. (Delivery) THIS is the portion we got for our burrito bowl. It?s so small and messy, it looks like someone literally ate half of... it before it went out. No napkin, no utensils and arrived cold and late. Are you serious? I don?t get this from other locations.You?d expect a higher end city like Issaquah would give you good service and quality but apparently not. Step it up if you thinkyou deserve higher pay, otherwise, just quit.. Read more
