I have received food via delivery and pick up very nice stuff! Their fried rice is amazing their Mongolian chicken is great.... Their cream puffs are on the sweeter side definitely not worth the money though they are very thin and essentially fried wanton. Read more
Updated. I am part-time delivery driver. I was picking up my order and the lady at the counter told me: "You guys can't use our... bathroom". Note that delivery drivers are not robots. Even robots have basic needs! Later, I've been reading other comments andit seems rude lady is the owner (!). I am wondering why this place still exists, because any discrimination and unfriendlinessoften leads to bankruptcy. I'd like to remind owners delivery folks help restaurants to thrive and deserve treatment like anycustomer or even better. I will boycott any order from Chan's. There're plenty of nice restaurants where owners really careabout people. Read more
