The overall vibe and ambiance is nice, like coffee shops used to be. The espresso flavor is not to my liking: an unfocused array... of flavors and aftertaste - very unlike the straightforward Starbucks shots. They do serve espresso shots alongside a glass ofsparkling water on a small bamboo tray, which is a nice elegant touch. Bakery items offer plenty of vegan or dietary restrictedoptions for those who care. Much of bakery items looked interesting but over baked (to my eye). With the right drink I wouldenjoy reading or studying here. Read more

Great AC inside that's quiet unlike some cafe with loud music, has a section for outdoor seating. I like that this Coffee shop... is in the quieter area/end. Coffee is very good, as everyone already knows that about Ladro. ;) Service is good too. Foodselection and freshness..... Is okay :) Read more
An amazing location, differently flavored bakery items and great ambience are some of the reasons why I rated this bakery a 3... star review. The floor of the cafe was dirty with bits of food on the floor in some parts of cafe. If the cafe could speed upit's service and keep the cafe clean and neat, I would rate it 5 stars. Read more
Coffee was good and service too. It was busy on a weekend morning. Ambiance is nice, they have real high ceilings so it feels... quite airy inside. They also have outside seating. Read more
Fantastic matcha latte (1 pump of syrup), good ham & swiss croissant, great view. This place is ideal for a morning break.
I know we are supposed to be practicing social distancing and all but that does not mean you be rude and don't do your job. We... always pickup our espresso beans from there since its alway freshly roasted. I went to get a couple of bags today, and the ladybehind at the counter is in panic mode. She actually shouts at people to stay outside if there are 2 people in the store. Shepunches the total in the register jumps back like 10 feet. She is in rush and does not want to answer questions fully. Finally,she asked me to reach over the printer and tear out the receipt and sign it. I was surprised. Dies the paper or the printer havegerms or something. If so, then they should clean it. Anyway, I did that, but next time I am not going sign anything for her. Ithink the person over reacting and better stay at home than ask customers to do her job. Read more
It's a small coffee place that's good to pop in and out of for a quality cup of joe. It's rather small and has an open layout... with small tables. So not really a place to go sit and write a book, do work on your laptop or relax. That's not a negativething, it's just what it is. The staff were professional, courteous, and helpful, and like I said it's a great cup of coffee.They have a small variety of normal coffee shop pastries and desserts that you would expect. However, the chocolate hazelnutcheesecake should not be ignored. Read more
