This Baskin Robbins has always been my go-to dessert spot, after I have dinner in the area! I always make it a habit of mine to... grab a scoop of one of their wide variety of flavors after my meal to end the night! Their customer service was alwayshospitable and let me try whatever flavor I wanted without question before I even made my order. I was really glad to find a good dessert store for my kids, and I ordered 3 times online in 10 days. When one out of three 24oz... quarts I ordered a few days ago was missing, I understood it could be a mistake, but today, one out of four items was missingagain, and even the amount of ice cream was far shorter than the standard weight of the items. Since it seemed too unusual, Ionce measured them. Like the images, after making one proper quart by combining two deficient quarts, then it showed I literallygot only 1 and 1/3 quart. The total weight was less than 36oz (1000g) including packages, not 48oz. Sundae also should be 329gaccording to their webpage, but it was only 8.5oz (245g) even including the weight of the cup. Is this a strong signal to me tonot order too much? Am I bad at picking up on social cues? :( Read more

I ordered some ice cream and cookie sandwiches for my friend?s birthday to be delivered by Door Dash since she is not leaving... her home and only wanted ice cream for her birthday! They did not have the flavor that I ordered so they called me and allowedme to make a substitution for a cake that was approximately the same price. They took the time to write a birthday message onthe cake. It was delivered timely and she loved it! Thanks for the great service!
