Time to try another place. Tired of spending a lot of money on a bowl and every single time they mess the order up.
They are very friendly and make sure you get what you want/need....very clean live their bowls
High school kids work the counter ( as usual ) they clearly don?t pay attention to the orders. The worker messed up my bowl I... went up and pointed it out hoping for it to be corrected by me getting a new one that was correctly made. But no she says ? I?llgive you the extra ingredients in a side cup ?. Wow really they are that lazy ?! I don?t want a side cup of ingredients Iwanted a new one made for me or mine made into the correct one by the worker doing it. I would think for $10 a bowl the servicebe better. She took it back after I said I didn?t want a side of ingredients and just piled it all on top of the one I gave toher. Made it very messy to eat. Overall disappointed with the service. Read more
As much as I love SoBol, never coming to this place again. I walked in and wasn?t even acknowledged. The girls behind the... counter were just on their phone vídeo calling with their friends and making them an açaí bowl. Next she took my order &other of her friends walked in and she made hers right away I was sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for my 2 regular bowls. Iwent to the SoBol in happauge and they were so sweet they greeted me as I came in and we?re working really hard. Never coming tothe Islip location again. Really shows which customers are there priorities if you don?t like being ignored at a place whereyour paying money don?t go here. Read more

Been goin here for a while now but just today i noticed a huge dip in quality. Sad because the staff from 2019-2020 was so nice... and welcoming plus the fruit wasnt cut super terribly. On top of that the owner was rude. If youre looking for another açaíspot try the place across the street EDIT: just ate halfway through my bowl and noticed a strawberry when it was EXPLICITLYrequested that strawberries be removed from my sunshine bowl due to an allergy.
