We had a GREAT experience for Saturday night dinner. We arrived at 7pm, and my husband and I were immediately seated at the bar.... Kevin was hilarious while bartending, and food came out unbelievably fast. The manager checked on us several times during ourmeal, to make sure we were satisfied. Mid-dinner, it started thunder storming. Staff hustled all outdoor guests indoors, seatingthem at new tables. Would absolutely recommend to friends visiting the area. Read more
Hannah was AMAZING! I have Celiacs and she was SO understanding and accommodating, not to mention SO sweet. I got the “Old... Bay Fish Tacos” without the tortillas and the seasonal veggies. My husband got the fried “Sampler Basket”. He said thatthe breading was light and fluffy, without being overpowering. My deconstructed tacos were delicious! Read more

I was wary to try this place because of some negative reviews. However, our experience was wonderful. The lobster roll and fish... tacos were amazing as were the brussel sprouts. The portions were super generous and everything was fresh and delicious! Collinwas a fabulous server, very attentive. We will definitely be back. Read more
Wet crunchy undercooked rice with the gumbo. I let the manager know about the rice and he sent it back the same clumpy... consistency! Would not recommend to anybody. If you order a burger they won’t screw it up but if you order anything thatrequires cooking don’t bother. Baguette from IOP seafood pasta was hard as stone. The menu was disappointing. It was so LOUD inside that you could not communicate with your server. The dining room experience... was so frustrating that after waiting for an hour for our food we had to chase down the server and yell for her to pleasepackage our order to go. We walked to our condo which was only a block away. This poor review has nothing to do with foodgetting cold in transit. This poor review is due to the poor ambiance, and very disappointing food. The two fish tacos had nocabbage on them. Just some fish that was absolutely drowning in sauce. The side of grits that I ordered came in a tiny to gocup. Four small bites and they would have been gone… except that they tasted like they were generic instant grits out of a boxfrom the dollar store that were microwaved for a couple minutes. Didn’t bother to eat them. Crab cake stack with grits. Samestory with these grits. They were not any better just because they we’re accompanying a different order. The crab cakes hadgood flavor, but were completely soggy on one side and kinda crispy on the other. Edible, but not great. Po’ Boy withscallops was good- but the grits were pathetic. To have a good sandwich and then a gross side is disappointing. We had a drinkat the restaurant while waiting and some hush puppies. Both were good, except for the atmosphere in the restaurant. My husband and I ate at Lawrence’s for dinner and had a great experience! The view is beautiful and the food was delicious. We... ordered the shrimp tacos & fries and the crab cakes with Brussels sprouts. All of the food was great but the Brussels sproutswere incredible! The best I have ever eaten. Awesome restaurant! Great food, pet friendly, amazing service Stopped in for lunch. The fried green tomatoes topped with a... creamy pimento cheese was great! I had salad with delicious fried grouper. And my husband had a spicy poboy. Both were reallygood!!! It’s a great place. Our server was awesome as well. Read more
