My sub was great, I got the giant. But on the last part of my sub I found a black hair. I feel like I should make it absolutely... clear that my hair is pink, so it definitely wasn?t mine. Monday 10/25/2021 @ around 5:30 - 6:45 I ordered a sub and ate it at the tables in the back. A dark haired kid with curls was... making subs for pickup orders. He must have been fairly new because he mixed up oil and vinegar at first. He was wearing anapron and disposable gloves. He then went into the restroom still wearing the gloves and apron. A few minutes later he came backout, still wearing the apron and the same gloves. I watched as he proceeded to go back behind the counter to go back to doinghis thing without changing his gloves. I threw the rest of my sub away and walked out of this place. This place will definitelyget sued if someone gets sick and i will make sure to spread awareness to my circle of friends as well as family. Unbelievable!Not even the basic hygiene procedures for the food industry like hanging up your apron and disposing of your gloves beforeentering the restroom. Absolutely disgusted and i am very interessted in what the responds will be to this. I will stay on itand follow up. One thing is for sure, i won?t come back. Read more

Love Jersey Mikes. The fact that they are able to make their delicious subs on Gluten Free buns is awesome; the fresh meats,... delicious cheeses and great veggies make their subs a hit. Customer service is always great. Order accuracy and attention todetail are their hallmarks. The store is always welcoming and clean. They were trained to prepare subs separately sand willtake every precaution necessary to reduce the risk of cross contamination, and we eat there often without issue, but those withceliac or severe gluten intolerance should be aware that there is ways the risk of inadvertent gluten exposure.
