Good luck trying to call in your order. They never answer the phone and when they do they are almost guaranteed to get it wrong.... If by chance they do get the order right the pizza is scorched as if it was sent through their oven twice. We used to love goinghere but since this new crew has taken over the night shift the pizza is garbage you can't call in an order and the order moreoften than not gets screwed up. Read more
The workers definitely need some AC in there. Poor kids were super busy the other day and it was so hot. All of the staff still... held a smile on their faces tho you could tell they were exhausted. Pizza was right out of the oven and fresh. Prices are great,especially right now. Read more
Placed an order to wait about an hour which was fine but two thirds of the order was wrong. Ordered the old style pepperoni... pizza just to get upcharged and sold a regular hot n ready. The pepperoni cheese bread wasn't even made at all. (It's okay I hadthe chance to wait 10-15 more minutes for a new one) and the dude sat there and wouldn't give me my crazy bread until I remindedhim and showed him 3 times with the receipt that I payed for it. DO NOT ORDER the new fanceroni pepperoni. At least not from this store. We order pizza from here all the time and are generally... very pleased with the product. As pepperoni lovers we were excited to give this a try. The first time we ordered it and got ithome we assumed someone had just made a mistake. The pizza looked no different than their hot and ready round pepperoni pizza.No biggee. Stuff happens. So we ordered it again and checked the pizza before leaving the store. Literally 35 pieces ofpepperoni on the whole thing. When we asked staff about it, and explained it was not at all as advertised, they were rude andsaid they got as much pepperoni on as they could. Not sure if they ran out or what but this was not edge to edge cheese, not thetiny pepperoni that is advertised to crisp up and far short of the 100 pieces. I would not be so aggravated except for the factthat I always tip, despite picking the pizza up at the store, and nothing was done to make it right. This pizza is 9.99 vs the6.99 for their regular round. Way I see it we tried it twice and both times were greatly disappointed. Save your money!!! Maybethey were taught to make it this way then some serious false advertisement. Either way not likely to go back ever because of howlittle the staff cared about the feedback provided. Not the type of person to make a scene in the store but this could have beenresolved with an apology and at least an effort to make a pizza that somewhat resembled what was paid for and promised. Worst experience ever. They couldn't get any of the 3 orders made right and then REFUSED to answer the phone so I could... communicate with them. Instead they poorly communicated with our teens we sent for the pizza. Apparently lost most of one order,which was a large pizza with two crazy breads (so much right?) Then they couldn't even cut the other two or get the whole twotopping pizza correct. I dont know who works here but my 5 year old could read better and remember to cut the pizza. She verywell can answer the phone to, you all should be ashamed of yourselves. Incompetent. Read more
I love Little Caesars and we've been coming here for years, but this location has gone to s**t. The food looks like it just got... done tumbling in a dryer. The kids working there seem lost and clueless. Whoever is managing this place needs a wakeup call. Read more
Just got some crazy bread from this site. It was smashed in it 6"x6" block with a twist. Looked like somebody squeezed it with... their hands and twisted it when it got done baking. After looking for a last resort for food on a Sunday evening, we thought we had stumbled on to our finest option in the town of... Ispeming for a quick dinner while traveling. The open sign was on and there were employees sitting in the front, we thought wewere in luck. We were then greeted by a locked door and a not so polite employee. It put a very sour taste in our mouths,especially because they are supposed to be open until 8 on Sunday's. If not, the hours online need updated. Not impressed bythis store and based off of other reviews, I don't think I'd recommend it. Read more
