Good customer service good food prices just a tad too high
A bit pricey but gr8 & quick service though.

I asked the girl on the drive-thru if I can get extra teriyaki sauce from the bottle not those little... packages that they give you and she made a face every time I go is the same thing she's an Asian girl every time is the samething with her and I'm always asking for two chicken balls and this time they only give me one I don't know why they get so madwhen I asked for extra Teriyaki and the chicken it was like really hard it wasn't soft like all the time it looks like it's beenthere the whole day it was really hard to chew. I tried to redeem a reward on the Waba app at this location. I wanted a steak bowl ; however, the server told me that the reward... was only good for a $7.99 chicken bowl. After I got the receipt, I noticed that it said that I was able to receive a "Fee Entreeup to $8.99." The steak bowl I wanted was $8.99 so I asked the server if I could switch my order. She said no, the reward wasonly good for a chicken bowl. I insisted and she called her manager and was told the same thing. I let them know that this wasfalse advertising, but they blamed the reward redemption issue on their system. At this point, I was tired of arguing over $1.00and I left the store. I'm including a copy of the receipt which clearly shows that I was eligible to redeem my reward for asteak bowl. The name of the server I talked to was Diana and the name of her manager was Tony. I hope someone is able to clearup the system issue they seem to be having at this store before they get sued for false advertising. Read more
