I dont normally write reviews but after sitting in your line for a half hour tonight, only to get to the speaker at 9:02pm and... be told the hot kitchen is closed after I heard the car in front of me order food, I was irate. Then I pull up to the windowafter ordering a blizzard, the kid is still cooking the food for the car ahead of me that they had pull up. So what would bewrong with making an exception for about 5-10 mins after 9pm. Maybe heres an idea.. SERVE A FULL MENU UNTIL CLOSE! This locationneeds help with its management, service has gone downhill significantly in the last year. After reading other reviews from thelast few months.. What they don't bother to tell you on there google page is that they close the kitchen at 9 pm. But there open till 9:30. Got... here at 10 after 9pm. Disappointed family to tend with now. Poor management. If u ur not goin to sell food during you own hoursof operation then you don't deserve business. 0 stars wasn't an option or they would have that. Read more

Showed up at 920 to get a shake and waited 5-10m in the long drive thru and then was told at the window at 933 that they only... serve cones and sundaes after 930 and refused to make anything else. I told them I had already been there before that time, andthe manager was rude and claimed to be watching the camera saying I was there for less time than I was. This policy was notposted visibly anywhere and overall was rude. Why even serve me if you are going to limit what I can get? Google hours are allwrong as well. Read more
The dining room was closed and the drive through was long which we expected. The value meal that you get an ice cream included... is now $7, ok thats fine considering the high coat of everything these days. However when we received our 2 chicken stripdinners with gravy, the gravy was as thin and watery like 1% milk. I knocked on the locked door and asked for replacement gravythat was a little more like gravy and the manager came back and said sorry, that's all we have. I asked why they were wateringit down and she said they were not and its supposed to thicken when heating and it hasn't done that for a while. Sorry I don'tbelieve that.
