Food was excellent. The service was absolutely terrible. Took over 2 hours to eat. We received our salads before our appetizers.... Our waitress, Kristina K was awful. Not attentive and seemed bothered by everything. Even when we asked for silverware in orderto eat. We love coming here because the food is delicious. However, this night I had to rate the overall experience a 2 star.Strictly on the awful service. Read more
Great carb-loading experience en route to the Erie Marathon from Maryland. I stopped here as a midway point and was greeted with... prompt, friendly service and good, inexpensive food. Spacious place with a nice low-key atmosphere. Read more
Used to be great food and good service but it's definitely gone down hill. We tried to order from them about 10 timed in a 3... weeks span and they either didn't answer, were closed on a day that their hours said open, didn't have a chef to cook the meals,or didn't have the ingredients for those meals. Finally got through and was able to order after so many failed attempts and theyforgot the salads so my husband had to go back for them and then I open my pasta that was supposed to have chicken and it hadnone. Needless to say, they lost multiple customers from our family after these past few weeks. Read more
Excellent service and I especially loved the Penne Rosa with chicken! Dressings are house-made, and delicious! Wife got the Fish... Parmesan (with Alfredo sauce because she's not much a red sauce girl). She LOVED it, and the fillet they give you takes up thelength of the platter! Fabulous experience! My mom and I came here for lunch. Neither of us had ever been to Abruzzi before, but we couldn't have had... better service! Our waitress was fantastic, and our food came so fast! And even more importantly, it was delicious! Plus, theprices were very reasonable, and it's always good to see there are lunch portion sizes available. I can't wait to come back andtry more! Read more
Our experience was excellent. Our party chose different entrees. Each of them were great. Our server was the second best part of... the experience. She was constantly getting us ice tea refills, taking used plates and asking if there was anything we needed.Prices were reasonable and portions were just right. The only slight complaint was the restaurant was a bit warm and stuffy. Itwas a very hot and humid day and the place was full but the air conditioner seemed a bit underpowered. Read more
My husband and I ate there for our 20th anniversary and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing, and the staff was... phenomenal. Our server was working double duty(due to local school homecoming night) as bartender/waitress and couldn?t havebeen more pleasant through it all. It was my first visit. My dinner was amazing! I tried the Chicken Piccata. I'm not a big fan of bread but theirs was... delicious. They give you the seasoned olive oil to dip in. Give it a try! Read more
