Service was ok, it's just teens, not like they are pros. But the chicken was cooked perfectly, the fries a little soggy but... that's at every location and one order was wrong. I did not receive the flavors I ordered but at least the chicken was stillgood. Read more

I was excited they open this Wingstop 1 min away from my house . After today I think I will continue to drive to the one on... royal . The ladies working the front need some serious training with customer service & and the cooks need to get the ordersright. In the span of 10 min here is what observed 1 . They couldn't do returns . Customer have to wait till Monday . Why don'tthey have managers overrides? 2. They gave the wrong door dash order to a customer. The knew about it and didn't do anythingabout it until they correct doors dash representative game in . This could have been prevented if they would immediately re madethe order. 3 . Customer didn't get her food during doors dash. She waited 1 hours and drove to the store . Even after she gother food they still made the mistake and as she was missing food . 4.I was missing my fries and corn . After they gave them tome the fries were extra burnt. The lady snatched them from my hand and made me wait 7 min just to get fries . 5. Customersreceive flat Hawaii rolls . They were flat like a pancake . The girls in the front gave him attitude about it and told him whatdoes it matter they still taste like rolls. The decided to give him new ones but apparently they still were not up to hisstandards . The "manager" that was in charge said you don't want them ? Ok better for me and proceeded to take a bite of therolls . Don't believe me check the cameras 9pm . Worst Wingstop ever . Read more
Great new location and well staffed. However, when I went in this evening to pick up an online order, there were five to six... workers, most of whom were all on their cell phones. I waited approximately 15 minutes and gave my name three different timesbefore they found my order which had been sitting out the entire time and was now cold. Read more
