trash. I ordered on the app and it said from 5-10 minutes. I waited for almost an hour, but yet my food was already made & ready... to go. They handed me the bag with COLD FRIES. Worst experience ever. Was in the drive through line for 50 minutes to get 3 chicken strips. Got sick and tired of waiting and... went into the restaurant to ask for a refund. This is hands down the worst service I?ve ever experienced at a Whataburger. The few times I have been, the drive-thru is... incredibly slow (I have waited up to 30 minutes in line) so I went inside to order in hopes it would be a shorter waitingperiod. WRONG. It took 45 minutes to be given my food from the time I ordered. I had to go up to the counter twice. Thishappened to all of us who ordered inside. Management needs to be evaluated. Read more
I just left from ordering through the drive through. I ordered chicken strips and a Jr whataburger. Not only did I not get a... receipt, Napkins or condiments I waited in line for 20 minutes just to get a soda that was flat, fries barely full amd three ofthe smallest tenders I could've imagined AND hamburger buns instead of texas toast! Guy came out with my food didn't have my shake and I asked for it. All he said was "can I see your recipe " which I gave him MY... copy and took it back inside. Came out 5 min later with the "shake" it was just the milk not frozen. I told him this isn't ashake, he gave me a look and all he said was "it's a shake I literally just made it" then turned around and walked back inside.Also ignoring a guy trying to get his attention from a different car that had been waiting longer then me. Could have asked if iwanted a different flavor or a refund, I would have liked the honesty more then the attitude, I just left it alone after that. Read more
