Decent food. Mediocre service. Ordered a large meal, didn't get a large meal. Asked for spicy ketchup, didn't get spicy ketchup.... Asked for BBQ sauce for my chicken, and you guessed it! Didn't get BBQ sauce. Receipt doesn't even reflect proper order. Read more
They have an ad, if you download the app and sign up you get a free burger. They made it extremely difficult, inconvenient and... a hassle. I just downloaded the app for the first time while at the drive through. The manager Luis told me to contact customercare. What a nice way to redirect your customers. I've never came here and probably never will again. It's ridiculous that allI did was try to utilize a promotion after my purchase and the manager couldn't make things right. Read more
It is very clear that the staff at this restaurant does not care. The line takes almost an hour to get through sometimes to the... point where you might as well just go to a grocery store and cook the exact same thing for cheaper, in less time, and withoutthe staff's terrible attitude. This is very uncharacteristic for most whataburgers but I will never be back. Read more
Normally, I have decent to great experiences at this place. I use curb side pick up. Today, I waited more than 45 minutes,... before I finally went in to the restaurant to check on my order. They gave it to me. I thought I saw them put the fresh friesinto the bag. It must have been for someone else because when I got back to car the fries were luke warm as well as theburgers. By this time, I was late and I didn't have time to take the food back it. The food had to be microwave.... not the besttasting food and not what I paid for. Not even an apology for being late or for me to have to come in to check on myorder. Too bad this facility doesn't appreciate their customers more. Read more
Every return to Texas involves a 1st stop at Whataburger. This Irving location was fantastic! Food was well-prepared & fresh.... Staff is great! It's clear everyone here takes pride in their roles. I recently had the Spicy chicken sandwich on a brioche bun - it was perfection. The chicken was crispy with the right amount of... kick and tasted delicious. And you can?t go wrong with brioche. Ever. Whataburger fries are skinny, crispy and wonderful. All inall, a great fast food chain with great customer service. Read more
No complaints. Everything was good. Food was hot. Not sure why they stopped bringing the tray of ketchup and napkins. I... wanted spicy ketchup but they handed me the regular and walked off. Never bothered to ask if I preferred the spicy. A littleirritating. They need to start bringing the tray out so we can make the selection ourselves. Read more
