Stopped for lunch today on Sunday, guess this is what goes for a large fry's at this here Whataburger, but honestly I swear if I... had had a darker shade of skin color I would've definitely gotten more, as was very evident by the order that was processedbefore mine, just saying. I?ve only been to this location a few times now and every time, doesn?t matter if there?s a line or not, you have to wait at... least 15 minutes for your order. Today there was one car ahead of me. Then I realized when they moved up there was another carwaiting. I was sitting there for a good 15 minutes when the girl came back to the window and asked what I ordered! I said thenumber one with cheese and fries. Waited another 5 minutes. I didn?t check the bag cuz I wanted to get out of there. Guess what?I get home and no fries! But she did include the ketchup ??????? ^edited to say she did apologize twice for the wait. I knowplaces are understaffed these days so I try to give them a break. Worse place to go eat, almost 20 minutes for a Honey butter chicken biscuit! It?s ridiculous. I went inside and spoke to... Gisselle the manager and all she said was that there was nothing cooked and that she had barely clocked in. The black guy at thewindow was so rude?. Took over 20 min for someone to come over the speaker and say ?just one moment? which we understand procedes to order and we go... to the window. Everything Is going good until we get our food, fries and cold onion rings are hard and cold. Our burgers didnot have the right stuff on them. To top it off they missed a chicken sandwich so I proceed to ask for it and they guy goes?honestly didn?t even look to make sure? thank you for your honesty but ya had one job ! The fact that I arrived at 12pm on a Sunday and was able to park upfront without worrying about it being packed inside or in the... drive thru should've been a hint. There's no napkins, all the tables were dirty, my cup had lint inside and wasn't very cleanon the outer edges... And the tray they handed me looked filthy. Luckily the fries were delicious and the Whataburger pattywasn't burned, but I was very disappointed in this place. Read more
My fries were burnt to crisp! So I came back and asked for another order requested them to be fresh and this is the second order... of fries. There so hard like they just re dipped the fries in oil to get them back hot. I asked for a refund and the customerservice was just awful! This location is by far he worse! Read more
