Came to order take out in person waited in line. to be told I needed a ticket was told by the guy with the name on his badge Big... Daddy to move aside so he can assist the ppl who needs to pay. Definitely my favorite Waffle House location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area! Waffle House is always good but this one is on... another level. Staff are so kind and attentive, the service is fast as well. Exceptional customer service! Our waitress Angiewas very sweet and went above and beyond when caring for our party. Food is always good. It just caught my attention that one of the waiters was being intimated from the other workers since they... were being harsh on him. Cooks should have a better system for getting the orders instead of shouting the order and then blamingeach other for wrong order, not being able to hear, etc. The waiter was courteous just felt like he was being picked on when hewas just trying to do his job. The food was on point! It couldn't have been better! The cook was a guy named Nate, who was friendly and a great cook.... Everything was cooked to perfection and arrived in a timely manner. I went with my family a party of 7 and we were not even greeted back, we waited for 5 minutes and not even a hello was said to... us. We ended up leaving because we were just ignored. Note they were not extremely busy to reply a hello, we will be right withyou or something. Read more
